Translation Dictionaries?

I’m a big fan of upper intermediate and advanced ESL students using dictionaries that are only in English. Nonetheless, translation dictionaries are often unavoidable. I know a good German-English translation dictionary at LEO, but I am not sure what the best free options are for other languages. What do you use for your language?
